Within 30 calendar days of ArthaFintech receiving full payment from your referred client — for both the setup fee and each monthly subscription.
You receive 20% of the first annual payment as a lump sum. For subsequent annual renewals, you continue earning 20% of each renewal payment.
Your referred client has 6 months from the date of introduction to sign a service agreement with ArthaFintech. After 6 months without a signed agreement, the referral is no longer eligible.
No. Commissions on all existing active clients continue after termination. You only stop earning on clients introduced after the termination date.

Yes. This is a non-exclusive agreement. ArthaFintech may enter into similar agreements with other referral partners, agents, and resellers.
